It allows you to search selected drives for certain files. Then you can conduct searches within these results. Lets say for an example, you wanted to find all the jpg images on your computer, and then wanted to see if any of them had names like, sunset, river, ocean ect. Using the search in windows would take forever - you would have to search for sunset, wait for it to scan the whole computer, then search for river and wait again!! Not any more. With this util you can search the disks for as many different file extensions as you like - THEN search within these results. The program loads the results of the first scan into memory which means that when you do a search for river, ocean ect you get FAST results! Not only that but you can search for river AND ocean, so if the file is called river-at-the-ocrean.jpeg it will find it! Of it was C:\river\boats\ocean.jpg it will find that to! You can then delete the file, view the file or jump to the directory the file is in.
