This is a program that you can store your client into, it's for small client database of 0-200, although there is no real limit . It has features like adding, editing and removing contacts. You are able to search though all contacts to look for items (ie search all contacts for the word branded - it then lists all clients that have that word) you can email a single contact or email ALL contacts (tick the ones you want to email), you can insert tags like %name% in the email so it will be replaced with there name. Uses two threads to send emails so it speeds that up. Contacts can be printed and they can be put into 'groups'. You setup groups like, a group for branded, a group for easy resale, a group for not yet purchased. This means you can sort the contacts out better. Also contains a big section for notes so you can list what they have brought, how much or anything you like.
