User may not share their Username and Password in anyway. User may bundle up to 3 programs and sell for 1/3 of the total of all three programs Retail Price. Users MAY NOT sell any of these programs on Ebay. The software may not be included in any type of Membership site. User may not give out any rights to sell. You only have resell rights. Synergy DTI, Inc. and SoftwareSells.com will, at their sole discretion , persue any user that violates this user agreement. The Software Sells Software is non-transferable. Payment is non refundable. Additionally, users agree to abide by any and all licensing rules or restrictions that have been created by the owners of the works contained within the Synergy DTI, Inc. and SoftwareSells.com website. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of the Legal Agreement, Software License and Terms Of Use.

Terms of Use Branding Purchases

After having paid program fees, users are provided with access to the software branded with your choice of name with Master Resell Rights. Users agree that they will NOT share or distribute Software Sells by email, word of mouth, Usenet, Internet or any other method below the 1/2 of Retail Suggested Price. User may bundle up to 3 programs and sell for 1/3 of the total of all three programs Retail Price. If you own a software program or ebook, you may bundle up to 3 products with it as long as the price is atleast the average amount of the programs you are bundling. Users MAY sell any of these programs on Ebay as long as they are stand alone sells only, not bundles. User MUST include these same restrictions to their buyers. Synergy DTI, Inc. and SoftwareSells.com will, at their sole discretion , persue any user that violates this user agreement. Payment is non refundable. Additionally, users agree to abide by any and all licensing rules or restrictions that have been created by the owners of the works contained within the Synergy DTI, Inc. and SoftwareSells.com website. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of the Legal Agreement, Software License and Terms Of Use.

Terms of Use Branding Purchases for Software Membership Sites

After having paid program fees, users are provided with access to the software branded with your choice of name with Master Resell Rights. User must include terms to their members for these programs stating that they can only be sold as Stand Alone programs. Users and their members MAY sell any of these programs on Ebay for no less than below the 1/2 of Retail Suggested Price. User MUST include these same restrictions to their buyers and members. Membership sites must be recurring fees, with the first payment being atleast $29.95. Synergy DTI, Inc. and SoftwareSells.com will, at their sole discretion , persue any user that violates this user agreement. Payment is non refundable. Additionally, users agree to abide by any and all licensing rules or restrictions that have been created by the owners of the works contained within the Synergy DTI, Inc. and SoftwareSells.com website. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of the Legal Agreement, Software License and Terms Of Use.

Terms of Use Source Code Purchases

After having paid program fees, users are provided with access to the Software Sells software and source code. Users agree that they will NOT share or distribute Software Sells Source Code by email, word of mouth, Usenet, Internet or any other method freely. You may distribute the compiled program as you see fit. Synergy DTI, Inc. and SoftwareSells.com will, at their sole discretion , persue any user that violates this user agreement. Payment is non refundable. Additionally, users agree to abide by any and all licensing rules or restrictions that have been created by the owners of the works contained within the Synergy DTI, Inc. and SoftwareSells.com website. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of the Legal Agreement, Software License and Terms Of Use.

Termination of this Agreement

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time, by destroying all materials obtained from all SoftwareSells.com Web site, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations. SoftwareSells.com may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice to you, if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials. In addition, by providing material on our Web site, we do not in any way promise that the materials will remain available to you. And SoftwareSells.com is entitled to terminate all or any part of any of its Web site without notice to you.
